Parenting AI provides parenting tools and AI-assisted informational guidance, including trackers and responses across stages from babies to teens.

3. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

AI features require sending your prompts/content to third-party AI providers for processing.
You are responsible for what information you submit to AI features.
Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or emergency-critical information.

4. No Professional Advice

Content and AI output are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice.

5. Medical Emergency Disclaimer

Parenting AI is not an emergency service and not a substitute for professional care. In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately and consult licensed professionals.

6. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate. You must independently evaluate any guidance before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parenting AI, its owners, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app, AI output, or reliance on information provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parenting AI and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

No illegal, abusive, or harmful use.
No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or services.
No infringement of third-party rights.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

If subscriptions are offered, billing and renewals are handled by the applicable app store under its terms. Refund and cancellation policies may be governed by that platform.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, risk, abuse, or operational reasons.
