By downloading, installing, or using the BrainFog application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
2. Description of Service
BrainFog is a mobile application designed to help users clear brain fog through Hz frequency modules. The app provides audio-based therapeutic content intended for wellness and mental clarity purposes.
3. Subscription Plans
BrainFog offers two subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month - Full access to all Hz frequency modules
- Yearly Subscription: $79.99/year - Full access to all Hz frequency modules with significant savings
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of BrainFog, you agree to:
- Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Not use the app while driving or operating heavy machinery
- Consult with healthcare professionals if you have medical conditions
- Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms

All content, including Hz frequency modules, audio files, and app design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
